As we all know most of the children just love sweets or any thing that taste sweet but we need to ask ourselves one question is it good to give them too much of sweets or fulfill there demands of giving excess of sweets children would always ask for sweets but we should not allow them to have sweets all the time as having too much of sweets is not good for their health it can cause a serious problem to their tooth and also serious health problem to avoid this we should encourage them to eat decent healthy food like green leafy vegetables along with sweets that would help them lead a healthy life near future in order to lead a healthy and happy life it is very important to eat the right kind of food specially green vegetables .

Fruit– There is a saying that an apple a day keeps a doctor away .Parents should make sure that a child at least eat one fruit a day to be healthy
Yogurt-Another important healthy food option for kids is yogurt .Parents should make sure that they give them yogurt in their food they should make sure that a child always have yogurt along with their meal
Sugar-Not too much but a small quantity of sugar should be added for the taste
Green leafy vegetables-Green vegetables are very important for a child’s proper growth and development parents should make sure that a child have proper green and leafy vegetables .
Milk –Parents should make sure that a child have 1 glass of milk every morning and evening milk contain calcium which is very important for a child’s proper growth and development so parents should make sure that they have it
