Fun activities and games are a part of almost each and every play school .Extra activities play a very important role in a child’s life apart from academics that is apart from being good academically it is very important for kids to participate in other activities like music dance drama sports etc.

Participation in all these activities makes a child  develop their hidden talent  it also help them do something  other than studies  which also relaxes their mind  and body  all these activities  are fun and enjoyable  and kids take a lot of interest in performing all these activities .

Games and sports are an integral part of a student’s life. Doing academically well is also important but at the same time participation in other activities like sports also have an equal importance along with studies .Students should pay an equal importance to extra activities and studies this would lead to an overall development of a child.

An overall development is only possible if they learn to participate in extra activities along with studies. Along with bookish knowledge students must also participate in extra activities like sports, music and dance so that they can they can develop their overall personality .There are still some institutes all around us who do not give any kind of importance to extra activities and just focus on bookish knowledge which is in a way not good if we want a child to develop their overall personality

It is mostly observed in India that a lot of importance is given to just the theoretical knowledge .Teachers in most of the schools make a child just mug up  what is written in their text books they just want to learn and mug up  instead of understanding  the practical importance of that particular subject  ultimately children do not get to learn anything from it .In this way education system of India  has not proven to be very effective or it has not been able to produce  very skillful graduates .

In contrast to the education system of western countries  students are not just limited to what is taught in the class or they are not just attending lectures  and going back home but  they  also  discover themselves  they discover new places  and learn a lot from their surroundings  they are not at all book worms but they also  involve in many other interesting activities .

This is one of the major reasons why western countries are far more developed because they give an opportunity to the kids to discover themselves rather than just mugging up whatever is given in the book
