There are major reasons why we don’t like to change…
we’ll see clearly what holds us back ,even we know we need to step out in a different direction.

Making changes provides an opportunity to dramatically better our lives.We can improve our health ,Relationship ,career ,income ,level ,of happiness and our hopes for more optimistic future.
Making changes requires a conviction that we are making the right choice. there are five major barriers that will stop you from moving forward.the first step is to become aware of barriers that are holding you back .when you take the time to observe what is really going on ,you will be in a better position to make wise decision .

The Five Barrie’s
1.coasting in your comfort zone :
we all love comfort zone but unfortunately it is one of culprits that keeps us stuck .even when we know we need to make changes,we often feel what feels safe and familiar instead of what we really want. we are great at making excuse ,living living in denial and justifying why we choose to stay stuck.
Everything truly rewarding lies outside your comfort zone . the more you can stretch your capacity to experience a fuller life becomes.Constantly challenging your comfort levels will help you feel more alive ,more passionate ,and more confident about what you want understand there are no reassurances ,guarantees or parachutes to help you take the leap ,but go ahead ,leap anywhere.
2. Beware of Adapthy and indifference :
Realizing your life is on hold because you are stuck in the comfort zone trap is quite different from another obstacle to change adapthy . perhaps you are thinking , there no way i can get existed about my job .i challenge you to change that .feeling indifferent or bored is not a good return on many precious hours you invest at work .our jobs need to be more fulfilling than just picking up a paycheck .even the most menial work can become stimulating with the right attitude .what could you do to build on your enthusiasm and boost your energy ?

3.Fear :
Fear usually appears when you are about to take a risk .the leave of fear is proportional to size of the risk. if you are making small changes you may not feel too fearful .whoever ,if you are planning major life changes ,your fear is likely to be much greater .
I use to thing i was the only person who felt fear .For me it was fear of rejection and humiliation .i would watch other women excelling in their lives ,going back school ,competing for a job position ,doing public speaking and think “if only i was not so fearful ,i could be just like them “I knew than that i needed to comfort my fear if i wanted to accomplish my goals.

4. Justifying your action :
Sometimes we don’t want to open our eyes to reality because the truth is too painful . it’s easier to justify and rationalize being stuck instead of making changes. Don’t allow your justification to get i the way of making the change you want or need to make .change is a process. it may take longer than you want but at least start with a plan.
5. Putting Things off :
if you hadn’t ready noticed , procrastination is another major roadblock to change.Do you ever put things off? Just about everybody does ,to some degree or Another .here’s the crash coerce to discovering why we play this stressful game check the list and see where you show up on it.
- you are bored.
- you are overwhelmed with work.
- your confidence has slipped.
- you have low self worth.
- you are doing work you don’t really enjoy.
- you are easily distracted .
- you are just downright lazy.
