Like on Spotify, you may even get a personalized message from one of your favorite artists of the year.
Amazon Music users can now relive their listening habits from the past year with 2024 Delivered, which highlights your most-streamed songs, artists and podcasts, much like the annual Spotify Wrapped, which launched Wednesday.
Although platforms like Spotify and Apple Music have long featured year-in-review lists, Amazon’s iteration is new and includes detailed stats, a personalized playlist and messages from favorite artists for people with Alexa enabled. The device will flash yellow if there’s a message waiting, the company said in a blog post Tuesday.
How to find your Amazon Music 2024 wrap-up
To access 2024 Delivered, open the Amazon Music app on iOS or Android, visit the Library page, and tap the 2024 Delivered banner.
The in-app experience plays out like an Instagram Story, guiding you through your favorite tracks, total listening hours and the number of different artists you enjoyed throughout the year. At the end, it compiles a personalized playlist of the year’s most-listened-to songs. You can also say, “Alexa, play my ‘Top Songs 2024’ playlist,” to revisit your top picks.
Apple on Tuesday also released its Apple Music Replay for 2024, which spotlights your top artists, albums and genres. The company said tracks from Sabrina Carpenter, Kendrick Lamar, Taylor Swift, Benson Boone and Teddy Swims ranked among the year’s most streamed.
Over on Spotify Wrapped, the top song of the year was Sabrina Carpenter’s Espresso. Spotify’s eight most-streamed albums were all produced by women, for the first time, the company said.
