Jaggery is Good for health, But careful health may be due to eat more jaggery

Increasing weight- There is about 385 calories in 100 grams of jaggery, therefore, those who are dieting should avoid jaggery. However, in small amounts it does not make much difference to food, but if you regularly consume jaggery you can increase your weight.

Nasal bleeding- The jaggery is hot for hours, due to which it consumes bleeding from the nose of some people by consuming it during the summer season. Therefore jaggery is advised to eat only in winter.

Paracetamal Infections- If the jaggery is not prepared properly and clean, it can cause worms in the stomach.Most of the jaggery is made in a homogeneous manner in the village, due to which the health of many people is damaged after eating it.

Disadvantages of health – Sucrose is found in large amounts in jaggery. If your body is already swollen then you should refrain from eating jaggery. In many studies it has also been confirmed that in the body, sucrose, together with omega-3 fatty acids, produces swelling in the body.
