Happiness is that feeling that comes over you when you know life is good and you can’t help but smile. It’s the opposite of sadness. Happiness is a sense of well-being, joy, or contentment. When people are successful, or safe, or lucky, they feel happiness.

Beatification is making someone blissful or extremely happy. It’s also an action by the Pope that honors a dead person for being holy.For most of us, beatification is the action of making someone blissfully happy. That kind of beatification produces pure joy.

Beatitude

If you’re extraordinarily happy, you might describe what you’re feeling as beatitude. The noun beatitude refers to a state of great joy. Being blessed, or at least feeling blessed, is often linked to beatitude.

Blessedness

Condition or state of being in God’s grace or favor. The Bible contains the words “bless, ” “blessing, ” and “blessed, ” but not the noun “blessedness, ” although the idea of a spiritual state of beatitude in which believers enjoy God’s fellowship permeates the Bible.
